Liability & Limitations
Accidental Damage
If our team accidentally breaks or damages an item, we will assess the situation and work towards a fair resolution. In most cases, we will repair or replace the item within 15 business days. However, we do not take responsibility for items that were already broken, weakened, improperly installed, or showing signs of wear and tear. Fixtures, surfaces, or appliances that deteriorate due to aging, improper installation, or lack of maintenance. Any damages resulting from pre-existing structural issues, plumbing leaks, faulty wiring, or loose tiles, flooring, or cabinetry.
Special Items & Heirlooms
If you own valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items such as antiques, artwork, or custom furniture, please notify us in advance so we can take the necessary precautions. We do not assume liability for damage to such items if prior disclosure was not made.
Moving & Large Appliance Handling
Our team does not move heavy furniture, appliances, or electronics (e.g., refrigerators, ovens, washers/dryers, TVs) due to safety and liability concerns. If you require cleaning behind these items, please ensure they are moved prior to our arrival.
Pre-Existing Damage & Cleaning Limitations
Some areas or surfaces may not become fully clean due to permanent staining, damage, or improper care before our service. We are not responsible for stains that cannot be removed with professional-grade cleaning. Damage from long-term buildup of grime, mold, or water stains. Any discoloration, peeling paint, or wear that is uncovered after cleaning.
