For instance, when selecting our interior kitchen cupboard cleaning service, there are two convenient options: leave items in the cupboards and drawers, and our team will carefully remove and return them after cleaning, or they can be cleared out prior to our arrival, allowing us to come in and focus solely on the cleaning. This customization ensures every part of your home gets the detailed care it requires, on your terms.

We arrive equipped with a specialty vacuum designed for this type of intensive cleanup. Our team meticulously wipes every inch of your home, ensuring it's not just clean, but truly move-in ready. Add this to your cleaning if your condo unit has completed any renovations, including wall repainting where patching & sanding was performed.

Exclusions in Our Deep Cleaning Services:
Bed Making and Furniture Rearrangement: We do not make beds or rearrange bed furniture.
Dish Handling: To avoid breakage and misplacement, we do not put away dishes or into dishwasher.
Pest-Related Cleaning: We do not clean spaces with active or treated infestations (e.g., bed bugs, cockroaches) or pest droppings.
Health Hazards: We do not clean homes with contagious illnesses, excessive bodily fluids, severe mold/mildew, or excessive clutter that poses a danger to our staff.
Appliance Movement: Large home appliances will not be moved. Please move them prior to our session for cleaning around or behind these items.
Hood Fan Filter Cleaning: Only structurally stable hood fan filters are cleaned due to breakage risks. Thin wired filters should be replaced for health and safety.
Chemical Use: Harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia are not used in our cleaning processes.
Physical Limitations: Our staff uses ladders no higher than 3 steps and does not lift/move items over 100 lbs or move large appliances.
Surface Clutter: We do not organize items on cluttered surfaces. We will clean any free space available, but organizing possessions is not included.
Specialized Cleaning Exclusions: No interior freezer or oven drawer cleaning, fireplace cleaning, laundry services, or cleaning in areas under major construction. We do not clean cars, garages, or engage in outdoor work (including lawn care, gardening, barbecue cleaning, snow removal). Ceiling cleaning is limited to dusting corners and moldings only. No refinishing of hardwood or grout, or floor stripping, waxing, or buffing.
Steam Cleaning Service: Our steam cleaning service is designated for hard floor mopping and tile grout cleaning only. It does not extend to carpet or upholstery cleaning.
Policy on Additional Service Requests: Any requests made outside of our offered services are not required to be fulfilled by our cleaners while on-site. This policy ensures that our team can dedicate the proper attention and time to the services agreed upon and maintain our high standards of quality and safety.
